Who handles your enquiry

PJC English is an Irish-founded training business based in Valencia, Spain. You can contact us about your information at info@pjcenglish.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company if provided, training interest, approximate participant numbers if provided, and the message you send. Please avoid including confidential employee or client information in your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, arrange a consultation and discuss a possible training programme. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Our legal basis

When you ask about training for yourself, we use your enquiry to take steps at your request before a possible contract. For enquiries made on behalf of an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering business requests and arranging relevant training. We also rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and preventing abuse. We do not use enquiries for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Website enquiries are held in protected storage on our hosting service. Access is restricted to authorised website administrators. Email notifications are sent to our business email inbox and copied to an authorised website support contact to help monitor enquiries. Copies are held in those email accounts as well as the website. We do not sell enquiry information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information while responding to your request and arranging any training. Information relating to an ongoing business relationship may be held separately for that relationship and any applicable record-keeping requirements. You can email info@pjcenglish.com to request removal of an enquiry.

Cookies and technical information

We use a temporary session cookie for the enquiry form and administrator sign-in. With your consent, optional website analytics records visits, pages viewed and general browser and device information to help us improve the site. We do not send enquiry form contents to analytics. Analytics is not loaded until you accept it. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs for service operation and security. See our cookie notice for more information.

Questions about your information

Email info@pjcenglish.com to ask about information you have provided or request a correction or deletion. We will review your request and explain any information that needs to be retained.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@pjcenglish.com to make a request. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we will explain it within that month. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity. You can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at www.aepd.es, or the supervisory authority where you live or work.

Providing information and automated decisions

The required form fields are needed to respond to your enquiry; company and participant numbers are optional. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email us instead. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing or profiling through this website.

External links and browser translation

If you follow a link to another website or choose a translation service in your browser, that service operates under its own privacy terms. The website does not embed a third-party translation widget or send enquiry form contents to a translation service.
