Training that works around your organisation.

We deliver ongoing online programmes for small groups and individual professionals. Sessions usually last 60–90 minutes, with group size and scheduling agreed around participants’ levels, responsibilities and availability.

Each programme begins with clear objectives and relevant workplace priorities, rather than a fixed syllabus.

What could a 12-week programme look like?

Every programme is tailored, but a trimester could follow a structure like this.

  1. Week 1

    Understand the needs

Identify communication challenges, individual objectives and the situations people face at work.

  2. Weeks 2–5

    Build useful techniques

Practise clear structures, questioning, persuasion and assertive language.

  3. Weeks 6–8

    Lead team conversations

Work on delegation, feedback, difficult discussions and explaining decisions.

  4. Weeks 9–11

    Work with clients

Manage expectations, respond to resistance and negotiate priorities.

  5. Week 12

    Review & plan ahead

Reflect on progress and agree what to focus on next.

This is an example, not a fixed programme. Content, duration and pace are agreed with each client.

Clear objectives. Regular feedback.

We agree development objectives at the start and adapt materials to the situations participants face at work. Trainers monitor progress during sessions, and participants reflect on how they use their skills in real professional situations.

At the end of each trimester, we provide a progress report based on those objectives, trainer observations and participants’ self-assessment.

Relevant experience. A programme built for your team.

Our experience spans technology, consulting, financial services, law and other professional environments. We adapt the training to the people in the room, whether they’re client-facing specialists, team leaders or senior decision-makers.

A few useful answers.

What level of English do participants need?

Our main focus is professionals at B1–C2 level. We identify communication needs before designing the programme, so the training fits participants’ English and their work.

Is the training online or in person?

Our ongoing programmes take place online, with organisations and individuals across Europe and internationally.

Can you adapt the training to our industry?

Yes. We build the training around participants’ actual work: client conversations, leadership responsibilities, presentations, meetings and other priorities.

What happens in the free consultation?

It’s a free 30-minute conversation about your team or individual training needs. We discuss your priorities, possible objectives and next steps. Request it through the enquiry form and we’ll arrange a time.

How many people can join a group?

Group sizes vary depending on the participants, their levels and the training objectives. We also offer 1:1 training. We’ll discuss the most suitable arrangement in the initial consultation.

How long are sessions?

Sessions usually last 60–90 minutes. Scheduling is agreed with the client and participants to fit around their professional responsibilities.

How do you assess progress?

We agree objectives at the beginning. Progress is reviewed through trainer observations and participants’ own assessment of how they apply the skills at work. For ongoing programmes, we provide trimester progress reports.
