Sound familiar?

  • You understand the discussion but hesitate before speaking up.
  • A complex idea is harder to explain than it would be in your first language.
  • You need to challenge a client or colleague without sounding too direct.
  • You want to give better feedback, lead a meeting or influence a decision.
  • You prepare well, but unexpected questions still throw you off.

We’ll focus on the situations that are relevant to you, rather than work through a generic coursebook.

A session built around your working week.

You might bring an upcoming client meeting, a difficult conversation or a presentation you’re preparing. Together, we can look at the challenge, explore a useful technique, practise it in a realistic scenario and identify what would make your message stronger.

You’ll receive direct, constructive feedback and practical points to take into your next conversation.

Online sessions usually last 60–90 minutes. Goals, content and scheduling are agreed around your needs.

A few useful answers.

What level of English do participants need?

Our main focus is professionals at B1–C2 level. We identify communication needs before designing the programme, so the training fits participants’ English and their work.

Is the training online or in person?

Our ongoing programmes take place online, with organisations and individuals across Europe and internationally.

Can you adapt the training to our industry?

Yes. We build the training around participants’ actual work: client conversations, leadership responsibilities, presentations, meetings and other priorities.

What happens in the free consultation?

It’s a free 30-minute conversation about your team or individual training needs. We discuss your priorities, possible objectives and next steps. Request it through the enquiry form and we’ll arrange a time.

How many people can join a group?

Group sizes vary depending on the participants, their levels and the training objectives. We also offer 1:1 training. We’ll discuss the most suitable arrangement in the initial consultation.

How long are sessions?

Sessions usually last 60–90 minutes. Scheduling is agreed with the client and participants to fit around their professional responsibilities.

How do you assess progress?

We agree objectives at the beginning. Progress is reviewed through trainer observations and participants’ own assessment of how they apply the skills at work. For ongoing programmes, we provide trimester progress reports.
